elmnt5 Good morning! Hun I just wanted to ask you regarding sunglasses you purchased.. I believe during my move, there is a scratch on them.. now, it’s above the visual field of the eye- so when they are on, you do not see it...( it’s not on original pictures) so I can cancel the sale, or I can include Chanel nail polish of your choice from my closet.. or I can resist glasses at $80. It’s up to you .. but I apologize for any inconvenience! ☹️

You just did not replied. 2) I have compensated you for any inconveniences with a Chanel nail polish that is $30 to keep no matter what. 3) and I told you you can always start a return with no hard feeling from me! mmoradion @elmnt5 hi I ask for a return because it not fit my face and they said I can’t return it because it’s not good reason then I just keep it while I can’t use it. it’s not good for me and in top of it has scratch on it. I just give you three star because of your explanation you didn’t mention that it has scratch so sorry that I disappointed you and thank you for nail polish if you want I can’t send it to you

mmoradion @elmnt5 so sorry I’m very new to posh mark and I don’t know what’s going on exactly I didn’t read my massage at beginning when I read that you already ship the sunglass but I’m pretty sure when I saw you item for sale you didn’t mention anything about scratch anyway I didn’t know how I can ask you for return I ask customer service and they said I can’t but I didn’t mention anything about scratch . If you upset about rating let me know how can I remove it

Hun...Just know that some sellers are not out to scam, some are single moms trying to survive, some are just decluttering, some donating, others going up or down in size...and so on. I have come across wonderful ladies and gents.. few times I have ordered household items that came in million pieces because they were not properly packaged..

So do the stars of my rating...you can check out sellers rating and shipping time. After 3 days reminder is sent to sellers. You as a buyer can cancel after 7 days. I believe due to covid things(shipping and cancellation)is extended by 2 days
