phdlovesleather From what I can tell, here are my observations: 1) the style with the zipper on the bottom is unfamiliar to me 2) the handle should be coated leather like a Damier ebene bag or vachetta 3) messenger bags ususally have a fabric strap but not made that like that-it's too shiny 4) the dead giveaway is the zippers--they should be made of sturdy, shiny brass and will have the LV logo on them. I hope this helps.
