Hello again! I am still waiting for the shipment to scan. I am so sorry about the delay! This has never happened to me before and I feel terrible! I sent them yesterday at noon, as we accorded, but I don't know what could be happening that the package hasn't made it to the post office yet. Hello Again ! Cmartinq I check the mail today there's nothing in my mailbox I even check the tracking number it's not showing up .it just says to contact the sender. Idk what else to do . 😔

dear @tilda I am so sorry about this, as I told you, this is the first time I have this problem. The only thing I have come up with is to offer you to wait until Monday, and if you have still have not received the glasses I can cancel the order. As I have already sent them you will receive them sometime, but you will not be charged for them. That is the the only thing I can think about this issue. Please let me know your thoughts. HELLO Carmen..I still haven't received my order. So I'm guessing it wasn't send .the confirmation number isn't working @ all. I even contact the post office in person to see if she can look up the tracking number she said there's nothing. And I should just contact you again. So you might as well refund my purchase. @tilda64! I have been in contact with the poshmark seller support and I am very sorry about all this trouble. I asked them if I should cancel the order so you can receive your refund. I also wanted you to know that I haven't actually receive your payment, since it is only released once the purchase is received by the buyer.

Sadly we are both in a bad situation, since I sent the packet and it got lost, so I can receive my payment, and you, because you have been charged and have not receive your purchase.

Hi Matilda, I'm so sorry I haven't shipped your purchase yet! I can't find them in my inventory & I have spent a good part of every day deconstructing my inventory in search. I can't apologize enough! I want you to know that I didn't sell them to anyone else, am not going to selling them for more or any of those things. I literally had them about a week ago while reorganizing my system, packaged them in a box for more protection & just can't find it. I'm still looking & will update again soon!

@tilda64 I'm so sorry, I still haven't found the shoes. This is the first time it has ever happened to me on multiple platforms & I feel awful about it. I believe when I boxed them during my re-organizing, someone else mistakenly moved them & now we can't 'see' them. We've opened everything but there is even a chance the box was taken to recycling by mistake. I'm so sorry & will cancel the order. If I ever find them or you like something else in my closet, I promise I will make it up to you!
