amolano7 @matt_buckley Hi Matt, I’m sorry for the delay in responding, I’ve been away at a destination wedding. That’s terrible that the strap broke on you, I haven’t had that reported so I’m thinking you may have received a defective one. I’ll send you a refund. I know that isn’t Posh policy, but I couldn’t leave you with a defective product in good conscious 😊
