wombatmatty @zacharyandersen No worries. I’m just keeping you informed of what I’m doing and keeping a record there so they can see I’m noting damage and not something you did. I don’t want them to automatically assume something was your fault when in fact it was the carrier. It’s tough finding any information on the buyer side. But I also wanted to let you know that they might ask you to do something, as well. I’m hoping the photos showing the driver holding the damaged package will help expedite.
