repgirlgoods Matt, Take the boots to Any shoe store store or Red Wing store near you, they can replace and repair that lace/grommet. my apologies. I told PM to give a refund.

repgirlgoods @m3204zinser Thank you, normally I would take them back but trying to get to the Netherlands to visit family for the holiday- I feel bad they were defective, I've never had that happen with any of my Vasque product- Good luck! Happy Holiday's- I hope you liked the extras ☺
