jackiebarb Hi! So I was getting ready to package up your Espirit jacket and I put it in the dryer for 5 minutes to freshen it up, as I do with many items. When I removed it, something had caused some gray marks on the jacket. Maybe a label had melted in my dryer — Im not sure as I’ve never had this issue before. But I don’t feel it’s right to ship it since it doesn’t look like it did in the photos when you purchased. Im SO sorry!

jackiebarb @cyaniderat I wish I could but it won’t let me edit the listing since it’s sold. The marks aren’t dark but it’s not what you thought you were buying. I will cancel the order in the morning. Again I’m so very sorry. Truly don’t know why it happened.

cyaniderat @jackiebarb Honestly, if it doesn’t affect the overall appearance of the jacket I would still be okay with receiving it. My gf really wanted it and I talked to her and she doesn’t mind. If it’s okay with you we’d be happy if you could ship it out. :)
