verticaldesign @luvmystuff372 If your package is over 2.5 kilograms, you will need to generate a new shipping label. Per the table below, labels for packages over 2.5 kilograms will incur a label upgrade fee, which will be deducted from the seller’s earnings/ credits. Please note any additional labels requested by the seller will also incur GST/HST on shipping paid for by the seller. GST/HST rates on shipping are dependent on the buyer's Province.
