momsangel @robinprobinson Hi this is from "momsangel" and I have a question about an offer this Posher made on an item in my closet. I accepted his offer, but it says "issue with payment" or something to that affect. Also it doesn't give me option to pack item, print label etc yet. What could be the problem? Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. I've never come across this before. Plz send to @momsangel Thank you.

momsangel Matthew I'm trying to figure out the prob from an ambassador of Poshmark,(which I should have ambassadorship myself in less than a month). Stick with Poshmark it's fun and a great way to make $ and find great bargains on high quality merchandise.

robinprobinson Hey again. ☺ Just wanted to make sure I was clear. The buyer has to update or change their payment method. Maybe there wasn't enough funds or maybe the card expired or there was a # entered wrong. Poshmark has sent the buyer a notice & as soon as he/she corrects the mistake or changes cards, the sale will go through & you'll be emailed the shipping label. Nothing you can do now but wait for the buyer to change/fix cards. 😕 Have a great day! 💟 ~Robin
