Hello, I have made several attempts to find out where and why your purchase had not been delivered. I could not get an update. only the one that appears in their website. I pride myself in shipping the same day. My apologies and I hope the shoes arrive in the next couple days.

@coachtbaker no problem at all Coach baker. I also did some calling around and look on USPS website and they explain everything to me. I appreciate you for reaching out and I did see that you shipped them super fast. I will be on the look out for them.

I opened another ticket on Tuesday. now the ticket is gone off of updates. I did see that there was another ticket opened yesterday and it is gone. I am sorry I do not know what is going on with your purchase. Hopefully you have heard something. I left an email for customer service last week with no response from them.

@coachtbaker to be honest I talk to USPS, and they basically saying the same thing. That it’s still in transit, however they also see that it should have been delivered on March 27. They told me to submit a case, and that’s what I did. In addition, they said if I don’t receive it to make a claim. They explain it might be at customer care, but they aren’t sure. I’ll be calling them soon.

@coachtbaker they said if they find them then they will disregard the claim but if not then they will us the insurance on the package. I don’t know what that means tho in-terms of the actual product. Hopefully they find them.

@coachtbaker thank you idk what’s going on with USPS. I ordered some shoes from someone else. They were supposed to come yesterday but never came. Thanks for still inquiring, and I’ll continue to call about them about the package.

I received an email in response. USPS said they see what we see and for me to file a claim. When I attempted to file a claim I was unable because a claim had already been filed. Did you file a claim?

@coachtbaker hey coach sorry I’m just seeing this. Yes I was given the same exact information and did file a claim. Still unsure on why that means for the actual product tho? I’m not sure if they will continue to investigate or not.

@grossmatthew95 frustrating...Poshmark won't do anything. It is like we are both out of money and shoes. I am going to keep at it until something happens. I will probably try and talk to a person. I will let you know.

@coachtbaker yeah it’s weird cause I ordered from here a few times and this is the first time this has happened. Thanks for all the efforts. And I’ll continue to try to find out where they are.
