rasclematt Hey Bobby, From what I just read going through Poshmark, you will need to initiate a return from them. I believe it would be entered as item not as described.

rasclematt @roomefind hey there, I was wondering if you could help me out? I just sold and shipped a pair of hiking shoes I had in storage. When the customer received them he said that they started falling apart. He sent pictures to show they were defective. How do I refund him his money? Does he need to initiate a return on PM or do I? I appreciate any help you can give me. Matthew

rasclematt Bobby, My understanding is that everything has to be done through Poshmark including returns. That’s thei policy.

roomefind @rasclematt Hey Mathew, the person who bought the hiking boots, would create a ticket saying shoes were not as described. Here they will upload pictures and poshmark will ask you to respond, you just say you’ll accept the item back. Poshmark will then accept the return and send a label to the person who bought them. I hope this helps 🙂
