Good evening. I shipped the Coach bag you ordered on Friday, October 23, at 2:00 PM from the Henrico, VA post office, personally handing it to the post master. Hopefully, it will start tracking in the next day.

Good morning.I am very sorry for the issue. I have been in contact with the person who received the purse. She had purchased another item from me for which a shipping label was generated. I made the mistake of reprinting that label and attaching it to your item - so 2 items, 2 boxes, same shipping label. This should have been caught by the post office. If the other party agrees, the plan is for me to email her the correct shipping label and the purchase will be sent directly to you from there.
