Hi. Thank you. When I first signed on as a new member i saw a .99 shipping fee for my first purchase but when I placed an offer for my first purchase I noticed it didn’t offer me the .99 shipping. Any way I can still get the .99 fee on my first purchase? Thank you!

@satomi710 you have to put the promotion code when you're making your account and you're filling out the information . Did you do that? If not, it won't work.

@maridalys Oh gosh, I didn’t look at the promotional code since it automatically showed it in the shipping section every time I looked at an item. But now it doesn’t appear but it did state .99 on my first purchase for being a new member. How do I find that promotional code? I found something I want to buy. Thanks for your help.

@satomi710 the promotional code is something that you put when you're filling out your information at the very beginning. It is already creating your account and did not put your promotional code when you were entering all information for a new account. You are no longer eligible for it
