There was nothing wrong with the sweatshirt. It's been washed and it's a raw edge design, which was shown in the pictures. It was barely worn, so not sure why you would say it is "unusable." Maybe read the descriptions and look at the pictures next time. You received exactly what was described.

@kbaltieri11 Hi, calm down. You might not have read the Poshmark policies but there is a period of 7 day to ship. Now, I could have made an effort to ship earlier if you have asked (even if not nicely). So, you cannot cancel the order until the 7 day period has passed. Sorry, but I do not like discourteous persons online. If you still want the item, I can ship Monday morning; if not I can cancel the order today.

Whenever I have sold something I was urged to ship within two days. Maybe 7 is the cut off.... was not trying to be rude, I had just seen that you were online multiple times and just did not respond which to me, is rude. If you want good reviews on the site you should make more of an effort. If someone messaged me in regards to something they bought and were waiting on me to ship I’d be apologizing and not calling them rude. You can cancel the order.

@mauxca nothing about what I said was rude in my opinion. Unless you are one of those people who get all bent out of shape looking too much into an online conversation. I simply was asking if you’d shipped the wallet. I never was rude, it’s just frustrating as a buyer to purchase something, and hear NOTHING for DAYs on end, yet the seller has been online on between. I’m not sorry for wondering about something I had tried to purchase. good luck with future sales!
