pookieturtle Hello, I purchased a navy Cuyana dress from you. It was too small for me to try on when it arrived and heavily wrinkled so I hung it up in my closet with intention of reposhing. After pulling it out today, I see extensive damage to both arms where the material is twisted and punctured multiple times with very small holes. Were you aware of this? I emailed Poshmark, but wanted to reach out to you personally.

maureendg5 @pookieturtle thanks for reaching out. My friend had given me the dress and it didn’t fit well so I posted it. I knew it was wrinkled but I have had some success steaming other Cuyana silk items. I didn’t notice any issues when I tried it on and I checked with my friend and she said she only wore the dress twice. Let me know what Poshmark says and if there’s anything i can do.

pookieturtle Did your friend buy the dress from Cuyana herself or did she try to machine wash it? The damage is pretty symmetric. Pohsmark offered me a credit of $60. Would you be willing to cover the other $60? I am willing to send the dress back at my own expense.

pookieturtle Heard back from Poshmark. They said that there is no way for you issue return or refund through the site. I don't know if are comfortable with it, but there is the alternative of just faith in each other - I'll send the dress back to you with a tracking number and you can pay me through P or V (poshmark has some sort of automated check in place preventing people from referring to other payment sources). Alternatively, I can try to seek recourse with my credit card company.
