smiles124 I i’m extremely sorry you did not receive the leather duffel bag yet. I’ve contacted posh for their assistance. It has a tracking number on it so it is out there somewhere waiting to be delivered. If you happen to get it delivered please contact me ASAP! I have great feedback and a very honest and reputable seller. My sincerest apologies that we are encountering this issue with shipping. This is a very expensive item and I am extremely upset that this has happened.

smiles124 It is very important that you refuse the package if it arrived! I have been in touch with the post office and they said there is a delay in shipping it although it is not tracking. You will need to refuse the package and it will be sent back to me.

I did see that you have excellent ratings and I know this is not your fault! It is a time-sensitive gift so I couldn't take the chance on the item not coming to me in time If and when it does get to my doorstep, I will refuse the item so it can get back home to you! I'm bummed... it is a BEAUTIFUL item!
