harleymo Unfortunately I will not shop with you again. It really is a question of business ethics. It was not designed properly. Not your fault. But to offer $10 off another buy by the same vendor? My head is literally spinning at your replies. I found another similar if not identical 1 with not just 1 SEPARATE loop for the toggle. But 2 which makes so much more sense. If I were you, I would not order from this vendor or return MY bracelet to them to figure out their design mistakes 🌞

Gave me 3 stars after falsely claiming I sent her wrong item. Been selling for 5 years & never have I had a mix up. How sad to see buyers like her.

harleymo As a few of you know, I have recently been diagnosed with lung cancer and my days/weeks are filled with specialists and every kind of test available. Friday I find out what the drs. plan to do. I may lose 1 of my lung lobes. Please be kind and remember I am doing the best I can. I know any of the few issues I have had are because of the vendor, not your closet. If you want to get angry take it out on them - not me.
