happybeachlife Hi, Maureen! I was preparing your boots for mailing and noticed that even though they were still in their plastic sleeves, there were scuffs on the faux suede that I hadn’t noticed when I photographed them. I have contacted customer service to ask them if it’s possible to offer the boots to you free of charge if you would still like them. You would only pay shipping. I’d like to make this right. Hopefully, customer service will help me through it. I’m so sorry. 😢
