You mentioned he’s out of the country, Chinese, etc., what I’m going to ask you don’t need to answer, but to think about. I had to think like this for y job so forgive me. First, think of where he was born, here or China. Which country is he naturalizer in. Second, did he give up I’d citizenship if from China.

big2005mo I m pretty sure there is no duel citizenship with China. Does he maintain a place to live when out of country. Research child custody. Third, if you go through with the divorce, I would suggest finding an attorney who specializes in child custody in such matters as a parent that is not hold an US citizenship, international law. Also supervised child visitations. If your daughter does not hold a passport, I also suggest not obtaining one.
