beingbdub Hi Maureen and thank you for shopping my closet. The vintage coach bag you purchased is refurbished. The bag was dyed to refresh the color. The bag is is great condition however the dye added a glaze like texture to the leather. I want to be forthcoming with all information. I believe the leather will regain its softness with normal use. Please inform if you'd like to proceed with the purchase.
