jeffwhite949 Thanks Maureen you made my day I originally custom painted that for someone but they fell on financial hardship so it was available. I knew it would sell quick because it’s a beautiful painting the other one I sold but I’ll paint another and they always come out better 96 paintings sold on all my sites and 96 ..5 star review rating but I have a question for you

jeffwhite949 Maureen I’m glad they got there safely. I’m always worried when I ship a larger painting . Maureen you broke my streak all 100 off paintings have a 5 star rating you gave me a 4. Streaks are meant to be broken life goes on as far as sunken ship. I went back and reviewed are messages twice I said I had sold that painting and would have to paint another. Once on your site and once in the bundle conversation

jeffwhite949 When I redo a painting I try to improve the painting which based on my review rating seems to work but I will in the future have the customer preview the repainted painting before shipping it out so everyone is on the same page, Sorry about that absolutely customer satisfaction is very important to me. I will make adjustments to prevent this from happening again I apologize.

jeffwhite949 Part of the problem is if I sell a painting on another site I can’t show it as sold on this site, I have two choices leave it the way it is and explain to the customer or deactivate the painting which means people never will see it.. So I have to figure it out.
