plusone1 I'm so sorry the item arrived to you that way! I would be upset also, since I dont smoke. I have had this issue a couple times before and some of the mail carriers here smoke in their vehicles. I have been trying to work something out with my local P.O. to get them to enforce the no smoking rule so this doesn't happen again.
