You DO NOT rate an item you didn't receive. What you do is reach out to Poshmark or reach out to me, so I can contact Posh. Your order reflects delivered by the United States Postal Service. What you did is cause a problem for both of us. You rated me 1 star, for something that isn't my fault.... and caused yourself to not get refunded because you rated, making the sale final. Now I have to try and fix what was a small problem, that you now made a big one.

I reached out to Posh on your behalf. While I'm irritated, I will try and do the right thing. Next time, don't rate someone. All you did is cause an issue, that didn't need to be one. Thanks for my 1 star

@maureenneve posh responded. They won’t let me do anything to help, since the order was accepted. But they did say you can reach out to them directly and see what they can do to help you. Sounds like you may have already, so wishing you the best of luck with a resolution. Happy Holidays
