My heart sank, when I read you were disappointed with your order of Mocha Blush. But I need to understand why you referred to this color as Michael. Was this a typo? (I’m limited to 500 characters, so more to follow)

lulusgoodbyes @newmexicored -If Michael was a typo, and you meant Mocha, I thought of a way you can send me a photo. Open your Posher introduction listing. There is a space for adding a second photo. Add a photo of the two blushes (if they are both Mocha). After I respond to your photo, you can delete it. I will watch for your reply.🤗 Leslie

newmexicored @lulusgoodbyes Hi Leslie, sorry for the long delay, I was working. 1. Michael was a stupid autocorrect typo-- I did mean Mocha, sorry. 2. I I'll send a photo per your suggestion, but it will be tomorrow morning. It's weird, the one you sent me is marked Mocha but the color is a blue-red rather than a warm brown/yellow red as with my original JI Michael. More tomorrow. THANK YOU for persisting in trying to respond. I appreciate you.

lulusgoodbyes @newmexicored Maurice-Good to hear back from you. I’m not sure if my idea will work. The photo may end up being your Posher photo. If we can coordinate our times, then I will take a quick look, so you can delete it. When I am packing Items for shipment, I put on sterile, surgical gloves, then my routine includes double checking to make sure the correct product is in the package. I feel you already checked this. Do you recall about when you purchased your JI Blush? Leslie

lulusgoodbyes @newmexicored I am being blocked.. You compact is an earlier version. JI’s Mocha color evolved. Unfortunately, I am not permitted to accept returns on cosmetics. If it is unused, I recommend you resell it on Poshmark. You may even make a profit. It was my best selling blush. I wish I could be of greater assistance.🤔 Leslie
