missjen17 @mauriciavosh82 I sent it but this has happened to me before. It’s happened more during COVID. USPS is completely understaffed. I was wondering why posh asked me if I had sent it when I already had. What usually happens is it just shows up & never tracks or it starts tracking out of the blue like it was lost or something. I definitely sent it though. I would like to get mad at them but I know it’s not there fault bc no one is going in stores & ordering everything through the mail.

mauriciavosh82 Future reference if you do any tote bags or purses I would seal them and change 📦 packaging because. My box was broken also got some black little marks on the bag 💼 some of it was able to come off. I did take a picture.
