natetrog Hi Mauricio, I really need your assistance. I purchased your Persol folding sunglasses case on August 25th. A few days later I was informed that it was pending shipping scan which continues now for two weeks. Can you please check the status with your shipping carrier as I’ve paid for the item and, more importantly, really would like the item purchased and promised. natetrog Hi Mauricio, You must be sick of hearing from me, but this entire shopping experience is highly frustrating. It’s been three weeks since I paid for the Persol cases and at least two since the pending shipping scan appears on the site. I do not understand why you’re not able to resolve this with the carrier. Maybe you don’t give a shit. Please at least respond and let me know what is the status. WTF, man up brother.

mauriciochapa @natetrog Hi Nate. I submitted a missing mail form the other day as the local post office called me to say they haven’t received the package. The tracking number on the USPS website marks the status as “ Shipping Label created, USPS awaiting item” and “package on its way to USPS facility”.

natetrog @mauriciochapa so for some unknown reason it’s missing but maybe after three weeks it’s on its way to a USPS facility. Weird but it is what it is. How will you know if it’s truly lost? Please continue to keep me updated. Thank you Mauricio.

I initiated a search with USPS on September 14th.USPS had been waiting to receive the package since scanned on August 25th. Is there anything that you can do? Responsibility?When do we give up finally and then how do I receive credit. I was looking forward to receiving the case as I have a nice pair of Persol folders. Quelle domage. Please let me know. natetrog Mauricio, You placed a USPS lost item search request on September 14th. Tomorrow is the 10th of October, almost a month. I even paid for a year of continuous search. When do you “pull the trigger” and give up and have me credited for the Persol folding sunglasses case? It was not expensive for sure, just the f___king principle. Like as I’ve heard nada from you or Poshmart clearly neither gives a shit. I’d really like to hear from you bud.☠️
