Saw your updated rating on the shoes I sold you....you listed I needed to improve shipping time, packaging, cleanliness, and responsiveness. I would just like say I sent out the day after you ordered, I package all my items with care (with a hand written note), I cleaned the shoes before sending to you (as well as listing the condition), and how can I respond if I never got any questions from you? The order was received over a month ago so I’m not sure why I’m getting a delayed 4star rating?
