It was my fault, I tried to contact poshmark cs and see if they would do another priority label for me but they said you would have to return it and etc. since it was my fault I just paid the shipping charge and mailed out your correct shirt today. bugbug7 I am curious about the rating you gave me. I am certainly up for suggestions. The jacket was clean & tissue wrapped with ribbon. I enclosed a hand written note thanking you plus I graciously packed you a goody bag full of surprises. Honestly I have never received a shipment with treats nor presentation. You offered no explanation. I pride myself in the extra care I give my shoppers. I suppose that some people just can’t be made happy and will find fault just to be unkind.

maya3hawks @bugbug7 I apologize that you didn’t like the ratting I gave. The pictures were misleading to me, the coat was a lighter more green color Than advertised. I appreciate the “goodies” but rather than making up for the shortcoming of the product, I’d prefer to revive the exact product I pairs for. That being said, I did not believe the rating was that bad.

bugbug7 @maya3hawks There were no shortcomings of the Eddie Bauer wool jacket advertised as dark charcoal with absolutely no flaws. Dark charcoal has no green in it & you should have requested more photographs. I’d much rather you had sent my jacket back to me. Someone else would appreciate a tremendous bargain or I could continue to love my jacket. I take my ratings seriously like being my extra love in presentation. Think before acting so hastily due to your misconception.
