adoreallure Hi there beautiful & tysm for your purchase. Your shoes have 100% never been worn. We clean the insides of all shoes with little rubbing alcohol before shipment for sanitary purposes from possible try ons. While prepping yours the soft leather footbed on the inside started to rub off a little exposing some cushion underneath (only on the heel) Still very beautiful shoes. I’d like to make you aware of this though, Please let me know asap if you’d like cont. shipment or to cancel your order. Tysm

As long as it’s only a little bit as you describe, and there is no actual damage (beyond cosmetic) to the footbed and cushion otherwise, I’m ok with that. But if it is a considerable amount worn off so that they appear truly damaged, and wear may be impacted, then I would not want them.

fmayflow Oh No!! That ‘s not what I wanted to hear! I never wire the blouse and unpackaged only to display and steamed it when I shipped it. So hopefully they are water stains . If you can’t get them out . I want you to let me know . I will personally pay you for the item and allow you to keep it . I don’t want you to have anything I wouldn’t want myself . This disappoints me and I don’t like the fact that you have to try and get stains out.

mayaterra @fmayflow hello lovely, 💜I forgot to respond after I laundered the top. I was able to get out a couple of the stains, but two remained. Kinda look like pen marks. But they’re small and it’ll be ok, I’ll probably wear under cardigans anyway. 🦋
