savannahgorgia @__lovelin I have a question, I had a pair a shorts that I tried to remove but it did not get removed instead someone purchased them and I do not have the item available, they are accusing me of fraud does poshmark refund their money if they are not shipped out? Or do I have to do something on my side?

__lovelin @savannahgorgia hi there. You are able to cancel an order on your end. If you click on the item purchased under your sales it will allow you to choose the option to cancel the order

bells20 I do not appreciate you listing an item that isn’t for sale and then allowing it to be confirmed and then not cancelling it as the nice person above told you to as did the customer service people who have emailed me multiple times saying that YOU need to cancel the order.
