myledoan518 @ms_seanote First off, ratings are mostly based on the quality of the item when you receive it, if it didn't come in whole or something is wrong with it from the packaging then I would understand and apologize for that. But let's be real, a star for "packaging"? A little unreasonable don't you think? Enjoy the beautiful shoes.
