maca711 @linamglo83 I shipped them on the 29th. I checked with the post office and it shows in-transit/delayed. On poshmark it says to click on the item purchased and select problems/order inquiry and select not delivered. I tried to do it but I don't get the option for not delivered I think it need to be done on your side. Let me know if you want me to contact poshmark support.

linamglo83 @maca711 Hola Mayra thanks for answering, I don’t have the option ‘not delivered’ neither. On the bottom of the page of my purchases there is a question: did you received the order as described? Accepting the item will complete the order and money will be realesed to the seller, next to it there is the option to make click on the word ‘accept’. Do I have to click there even if I haven’t received the order or what do you mean when you write ‘ it need to be done on your side’ ?.

maca711 @linamglo83 don't accept it if you haven't received it. Go to my purchases and select the item then it should show you order status and below that problems/order inquiry click there and you should find an option for item not received. Yesterday I sent a message to postmark support but have not had a reply yet I'm hoping to hear back tomorrow or Tuesday.

linamglo83 Thank God 😅 I checked again and the package is delayed and will not be delivered by the date expected. It seems the sandals arrived today at the facilty so it means this week hopefully they’ll be here in my place. I’ll let you know. 🤞🏼My fingers. Thanks Mayra! Have a nice week! 😁
