mayrapaola1 Poshmark is in California. Probably that’s why the address. For orders over 500 the item has to be sent to poshmark first then poshmark ship it to me.

ctoys @mayrapaola1 Yes I just read they make sure it’s authentic which I have in the photos but I guess for the buyers protection. So I’ll mail it then they’ll check it out then send to you. Just made me a little nervous that it was going to California and not to New York. I just didn’t want someone else to get your item. So you’re good with me sending it to California.

ctoys @mayrapaola1 I’ve been tracking your order. It was out for delivery on the 1st and comment was waiting on scan. Not sure what that means... Appears it’s at your building just wanted to make sure you get your item shipped from Poshmark from California office. Thank you for your patience. At least you know it’s verified authentic

ctoys @mayrapaola1 I asked Poshmark home office. They emailed me back and said if you don’t get it by Monday for me to email them back they will take care of it. It shows out for delivery then it showed waiting on scan. I’m so very sorry but evidently the home office will make the necessary calls needed. I’ll email them back telling them you didn’t get it today. Again I’m so sorry for the delay

ctoys @mayrapaola1 I just emailed Poshmark home office again and ask them to please check on your order again. It was out for delivery on the first which I had explained to them again. When they email me back I’ll certainly let you know. My email came from a Julia in customer support.

ctoys I have been very diligent in emailing Poshmark customer support. I have no control over Poshmark mailing and I did keep track of your order daily. You rated me one star when it was not in my control the mailing except when I sent the purse to the home office as required. I’m not in control with it saying it was delivered. Poshmark is in process of finding it from there. I do not have control what is posted on their acceptance page or delivered. You too may want to contact customer support.

mayrapaola1 @ctoys i know is not your fault, but poshmark Changed the status to delivered which is not true. I contacted the post office they will contact me if they find the package, Also there is an Alert in the the USPS website that the package might get delivered in a later time. Poshmark is aware of this as well.
