mandl114 @abyrd44 Yes it is and there is some stretch. It's a beautiful dress but I bought it a size too big for my body. Typically I am a 1x. Pairs really nice with a black or any colored heel really. I am sure you will enjoy it.

tlcnic I have the Worthington XL pants in grey and navy in my cart. The measurements from top of pant to bottom is 34.5? I currently have a pair and mine is a little longer, so I am thinking mine is not regular but rather long possibly?
