I figured out how to place a claim and I will state that LV does not provide authentication card but do you mind telling me what else can I do to state my case so they don't release the funds.

gaugusto @mrscabrera21502 Take as many pictures as you can of the packaging and the item. Check for poor materials; metal hardware should feel heavy and quality, stitching should be perfect everywhere. If you find any defects, make sure you get a photo. Check where it says it was made and the date codes (if any). Look for loose stitches hidden behind flaps or in pockets.

mrscabrera21502 @gaugusto Hi there! The items came in. I placed a claim that included many, many pics and a summary of how bad the items smeeled and the poor craftsmanship. They approved my claim within a few hours. They emailed me a shipping label and are off to the seller. Thanks again for you help.
