texasgal1965 Hi this is Louise, I recently bought a bag from you and you accidently sent a second bag and wallet to me. You mentioned that I would receive a return label to send it back to you. It's been a few weeks and I haven't received a label yet. Also I have not received the refund on the Black Dooney & Bourke either. Please contact me in regard to these matters. Thank you.

anita1944 @texasgal1965 hi louise😊. I was notified through poshmark that a return label was emailed to you, as that has to come from them per support protocol. Strange that they neglected to do so, as the status reads that the tracking was sent. I will get in touch with posh support s third time regarding this matter, in the meantime, I will print the label myself, send it to you, as well as your refund.

texasgal1965 Hi I cannot use the Label they emailed. When I try to open it, it appears to be encrypted. It looks like a bunch of gibberish on a page. Would they be able to physically mail one to me?

mariline1943 @texasgal1965 that’s a good question. 😂. I’ve tried to contact them a number of times regarding this whole debacle. I will see if I can get them to send it to me and I will print it out and try and mail it to you. I also reached out to them regarding your refund. Please let me know as soon as it goes through. texasgal1965 That would be great. I feel really bad for the person that didn't get their Betsey Johnson bag. As soon as I get the Label I will mail the handbag ASAP! Yup, it's been a bit of an ordeal. Hopefully it will all get resolved soon.

mariline1943 @texasgal1965 Hi! Well apparently they were reimbursed for their order and I was reimbursed for the price of the order because of the length of time this is taking. LOL. All I know is I am so confused at this point. So consider the Betsey Johnson bag and wallet yours. I’m still trying to find out how to refund you because they haven’t responded back about that inquiry. It’s a learning process I suppose. Thank you so much for being so patient.
