mir81688 Hello. All of the brushes were cleaned and sanitizer with cinema secrets brush cleaner. I’m sorry you weren’t pleased with your purchase. I also included free items and extra brushes.... I’ve never had a complaint, I’m a top seller here.

mcaylademaris @mir81688 I only really got one free brush but it’s like you traded the red one for it. I used just a regular makeup cleaner soap bar and some of them were spotless but there were a couple that had foundation, or contour, or bronzer still coming out I was cleaning them for about 30-40 min. But if you were going to not include a brush then maybe inform me.I dunno if it was an accident or not . I’m not at all mad they just had some leftover product in them and I was missing a brush.

mir81688 @mcaylademaris I am so sorry unless my daughter grabbed it out. I had them set to the side in a bin of my for sale items. My daughter started crawling and she sat after going for that bin. I haven’t seen it. I’m sorry.

mikay1222 @mcaylademaris The package youre receiving is someone else's and your items (the brushes and I included the morphe pride setting spray and lipgloss for free) went to their address. I printed the labels at the same time and tape it to the wrong box. The other buyer has your items 😊
