girlzglam @mckennaberger I contacted them again. Maybe they didn’t get my other emails because they switched to a different system. This one sent an automatic response saying they will get back to me in less than 34 hours and I will let u know their response.

girlzglam @mckennaberger hi there. I sent them another e-mail and I got a response back from them on March 12th. They replied that they are sorry to hear this and to tell you to contact them via email so that they can better assist you. I think that at the least they will credit you the money you paid for shipping to your posh account.
