butora I just read what you wrote. If you goggle the sneakers the style is a Chrissy, that’s the box they came with from saks. The style was clearly described on the post. Not once did you try communicating with me until now, why did you wait so long to communicate with me? not sure what the issue is m, I’m sorry poshmark is final sale, that’s why the have us describe the items, you’re more then welcome to email poshmark support see if they can figure something out.

butora I just went to check all my comments, not once did you try to communicate with me about an issue. I have already emailed poshmark, to let them know you have an issue, and how you never communicate with me prior to this

mdklein24 @butora the box does not say what you are saying. You have sold an item that does not match the description. I can send you a picture of the box if you would like, and nowhere on it does it say Chrissy. You should stand by your item, it’s very disappointing. I have emailed numerous times and I’m more than happy to show you the enormous trail from Poshmark stating they will contact / assist. I am going to mail them back to you as I have your address.

mdklein24 @butora I also own a pair of the Chrissy style and they do not look anything like what I own. The Sole is about 2 inches thicker and the style is different.

butora @mdklein24 I purchased the sneakers at saks Off 5th not all the boxes match the shoes since they get moved around by customers. I’m sorry that the box doesn’t match the description, but the style of the sneakers I sold to you is Chrissy. I have sold more than 600 items on here and have never had an issue. I created a post with Chrissy pictures I found on amazon. It’s the same sneakers I sold yo you. I do stand by my product and the description I post, that’s why I’m not sure what the problem is

butora @mdklein24 even if you mail them back to me it doesn’t guarantee that poshmark will give you a refund. I will let you know what they say when they email me, not sure why they didn’t reply to the trail of messages you sent them

butora @mdklein24 I created a post on my page to share pictures of the shoes I sold to you and the ones amazon is selling, it’s the same style name Chrissy. I have also added a picture of the email I received from poshmark support

mdklein24 @butora good for you. It doesn’t change the fact that you sell items that are misrepresented. Unfortunate for me, but hopefully someone will learn from my mistake. What an awful way to sell items. Good luck to you.
