Being new to the Poshmark platform I read where we can if we came to an agreement offer a trade on certain items if both parties agreed. We would be responsible for our cost. dare2bchic2day need your advice 1st sale! had shipping label sent & downloaded but was unable to print it! 3 days to have pkg delivered( past that!) Did not print! Contacted customer service 3x It no one responded, frantic, sleepless night trying printer to work lengthy step procedure Poshmark ( no response,Let buyer know,Just want this resolved! even 2nd label did not work! Help with advise

dare2bchic2day Thank you I just need the co to send another label I hope they will and forgot to mention we had a lightening strike close to our home caused numerous things to be replaced all electronically related even 55 in tv blown so it is possible though my computer & printer were working something may have messed up printer so may need to get another one!
