pmrsalome HI PAM, I am so sorry you have not received your package. I would have thought by know you would have received it, I mailed it out on the same day you wrote to us. And please don’t worry about releasing the money, it shouldn’t come to us until you are satisfied. You have been such a good costumer our first concern is to satisfy you.. It will not come in a poshmark box, because I paid for it myself. It was my mistake. Thank you Pam, for being so understanding.

bobwhiteside I purchased a Karbon merino wool t-shirt. You sent wrong item. I contacted you before opening return case with Poshmark on Wednesday, December 6. The case still shows in dispute. 3 days later and I have heard nothing from you or Poshmark! I understand mistakes happen, but not correcting it isn’t acceptable. It’s past time to put pressure on Poshmark, and let me know what is happening. Although I was very understanding about the mistake, my patience is nearly gone. Please correct this ASAP.
