chrisp2015 hi Meagan I left comment about talbots skirt it's actually cut on bias and pleated at top to tummy tuck !!!lol. but when I finally do lust I'm gonna play off the full ness of bottom half full and fun for twirling and maybe a full slip underneath to add more flounce my ideas but "posh ambassador" helpful I hope
