ktp12 Hi - I bought the navy linen dress and when I went to wear it yesterday I found that it has a hole in the fabric right in front between the breast pocket and front buttons. I didn’t notice it when I accepted the order but my white bra made it really apparent last night. Thoughts? Would you like a photo? Thanks for addressing! @ktp12. Kim

Because the order has already been marked as received, we will need to have the buyer reach out to our support team from their account. From there, we can work with the buyer towards a solution. We hope this clarifies things for you! In order to process your refund you need to reach out to poshmark support.
