This happens to us rarely but occasionally due to Poshmark requiring to ship via priority shipping which not only is more expensive to our customers its also mostly made for heavier items. If it were up to us, we would ship via first class shipping only as its safer for small fragile packages like our glasses. Awaiting your response, thanks!😊❤️
