Thank you for your comment, any suggestions are greatyly appreciated. TRUTH ~ The item was new. There was "money" in it as a gift to you, the money was left as a "treasure" Not from the previous owner. The tags were still on and in the description it did state that there were scratches. I am sad that you had a not so pleasant experience. Please let me know how I can correct it.
