@lrinier hi Lindsay! I got my necklace! Thank you for the soap! That was a beautiful and kind touch! The box smelled so beautiful when I opened it! I’m a little sad though. There are a couple of scratches on the necklace. It appears to have suffered a little during shipping, perhaps. I’m fairly new to poshmark and idk what to do!

@mcarlotto I am sorry to hear, I even placed it on either side of the pouch and tied it so it was tightly in there. That is unusual to hear it scratched but could have resulted depending on how they handled the package. Since they are new, any scratches should be light since the item was in great condition when I shipped.

Sorry your comment characters are limited... Tiffany does not plate their jewelry so it can be polished and taken to their stores for free cleanings at any time which is one of the amazing things about owning their pieces since it keeps them looking great.

@mcarlotto thank you and i appreciate that. Yes, my rating is high because i really try to ensure everything is packed well and shipped quickly. So it is disappointing to hear it did not arrive as pristine as it was shipped.

There Will definitely be lint on it because of the pouch but that also keeps it safe and is great for traveling. For the price being much lower than what the tag necklaces are currently selling for, if any of the scratches are bothering you, i would keep in mind you can always take it to Tiffany for cleaning, I bring my own pieces usually once a year to have them cleaned at the store to be refreshed. It is natural silver and though while durable, it will scratch like all metal over time.

@mcarlotto unfortunately posh takes 20% that is very high already. I could get higher on other websites but posh is very good with customer service so i use this platform

Again you paid 430 when this is over $600 new. While i can understand it was probably a little frustrating that there may be a couple small scratches from shipping you saved almost $200 and i lose 20% from what posh takes already to reducing the price from what i was originally asking.

@lrinier I wasn’t aware they took 20%. I’ve only used poshmark a couple of times really. I totally get it. I’ll see what T&Co. says. It really is more than just a couple of small scratches, otherwise I wouldn’t be this picky. I realize I’m getting quite the deal, I don’t mean to sound ungrateful. I truly do appreciate the sale I got. USPS really did us dirty!
