I am so sorry your were not satisfied with your purchase. the shoes are brand new and clean and I packaged them in bubble wrap not to get any bumps or bruises. if you like to return them I will accept them back and authorized poshmark to refund your money. I have NEVER sent out a dirty item. I don't understand what happen. I am so sorry.🤔

@mecain5 Ok, now I am confused. I know I always mail within 8 hours although the post office has been slow. And those white patent shoes are new so they couldn't had been dirty. Looking at your comments with your rating I thought you were not satisfied and that made me sad, and was willing to refund your money.
