Hi! I'm shocked to hear that the clasp doesn't stay closed I hope it not yanked when you tried to open it i wrapped very well to avoid any damage I wore this necklace twice and I never had this problem
However I'll be happy to take it back I know you paid $90 I net 72
So as far as refund I never had a problem with any of my 136 listings that I sold I honestly don't know the procedure but please go ahead and check with posh and ask for the refund it's so sad to see one star on my feed back 😔

Hi, Mary, I have terrible news. I have been looking for your choker since the day that you ordered it. I have cleaned out three closets, and have concluded that my husband added it to the pile of clothes, etc. that we sent to my son's school for "dressing days" for needy families. I went to the school to go through the clothes to try to find it, but I couldn't. @eileen_mc it doesn’t look like you were ever charged. That was the issue! Your payment method whether your cc or expiration was not valid, therefore they could not charge you! And that’s why they cancelled the order...because no payment was verified!

@eileen_mc Oh wow! That seems so weird! I actually have not had issues buying or selling! In fact I experienced one issue where I received an item that was not as described, And they were quite diligent about resolving the issue and refunding me in a matter of a day!

I have sold more than 600 items. I have attached the wrong shipping label once before. Only once, and I have been really diligent since about double checking the address on every package I ship now. I distinctly remember packing up your necklace.

I’m obsessed with this USPS “scanned” update. I dropped it off two days ago after hours (Sunday). Have dropped after hours many times and never faced this issue. It was sent in USPS packaging so it was clearly marked. Don’t stress, I’m doing it for you.
