outofsorts @hutchensmeg Hi, I really wished I proofread my first message to you, what I meant to say is thank you for taking the time to review our recent transaction and completely understand your dissatisfaction. Being fairly new to Poshmark I just wasn’t sure how to handle this sort of situation and wished I had communicated better/sooner as you suggested.
