@projectattic thank you for the apology. I urge you to understand I work a full time job 13+ hour days and today is my first day off. I also do not have a printer at this time so I am trying to figure out how to get this item sent out back to you all while trying to complete my original to-do list for my day off. I am attempting to figure this out and hope you understand that I will get this resolved as soon as I am physically able.

@meg2296 thank you for responding. I am so sorry about this. I understand you have work responsibilities. Initiating a case is the first step. The timeliness is important, because you have three days to open a case from the date you received the package. After this, you lose the ability to open a case. Just snap a photo of the item received, and send it to Poshmark. Once Poshmark approves the case and sends you a label to print, you’ll have another 3 days to send it.

@projectattic case is started. I followed the instructions that Poshmark provides. Please recognize I am trying as hard as a I can but as I previously stated I don’t have a printer at this time.

I completely understand that you have a limitation right now. Perhaps, just as a favor, might a friend print it out? Or the library? In years past, I have printed shipping labels at my local library.
